Timber frame Passivhaus design submitted for planning

We have just submitted a new Passivhaus project in North Cornwall for full planning approval.

The new dwelling will use a glulaminated timber frame and will be clad entirely from a Cedar tree felled on the client's land. The design strives to reflect the client's strong sustainability aspirations in the choice of low embodied carbon materials, low operational energy and increased biodiversity on the site.
