Stenalees Affordable Housing

Our latest collaboration with the Cornwall Community Land Trust is for 12 affordable homes in the village of Treverbyn near St Austell. The site is an old back-filled clay pit, currently being used as a wild space for community engagement. Over the years the site has begun to re-wild and the brief sought to respect this by placing the houses to the perimeter, with the heart of the site given over to nature.
