Following detailed discussions with the local planning authority, full approval has been granted for two new houses on the north coast of Cornwall. KAST helped to secure outline approval on the plot for two properties back in 2018 and so this application was to finalise the mass, form and external appearance. We worked in tandem with the two separate clients to develop their dream homes and are looking forward to developing the technical design in readiness for a start on site in 2022.
