At long last planning approval has been secured for a new dwelling within an AONB overlooking Pill Creek in Cornwall. It has taken two planning applications, both of which were recommended for approval by the Cornwall Council case officer, and two appeals, the first of which stated that the case for approval was strong. Praise to our wonderful clients for their patience, stoicism and perseverance - we got there!
