Planning approved for creek-side extension

Planning approval has been granted for an extension to a creekside cottage just off the River Fal. The cedar shingle clad volume to the rear of the property will accommodate a garden room with a master bedroom above. Adjacent to the main house will be a smaller studio building, again cedar shingle clad, with views over the river.
