Planning application submitted for new house

A planning application has been submitted for a new creek-side house in Feock. The design has evolved following extensive discussions with the local planning authority, regarding scale and minimising any impact on the AONB. The proposal combines natural stone and timber on a steeply sloping site overlooking the water.
