We were approached by a Classic Cottages to help them design a new headquarters office near their home town of Helston.

Top of the list of requirements was an exposed timber frame and a light, airy, healthy and productive workplace. Working with a locally based timber frame company from the outset, the design balances an efficient floor plate with drama and delight, creating a series of spaces that provide the client with the necessary area, set within an engaging and natural landscape.

Full planning approval was granted in mid 2018.
